Our manufacturer offers a “lifetime” warranty. Our definition of “lifetime” is the lifetime of the ring, and is not subject to the limitations of a sub-contracted manufacturing relationship, or any short-term sales and marketing organization. Our manufacturer fully warrants the ring to be free from defects in workmanship and/or material for the lifetime of the ring. If the ring cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund will be made. Each of the custom features of our rings is carefully and skillfully crafted. Our high standards are an assurance of lasting and complete satisfaction. We stand behind each ring we sell with a Lifetime Warranty.

The following services will be performed free of charge for life:

Our rings are covered by our manufacturer’s Loss Protection Program for 5 years from date of delivery. This is a one per customer claim. Requires $100 deductible plus tax shipping and handling. In the event of loss or theft of a customer’s ring, our manufacturer will manufacture an exact duplicate of the original order. In order to respond to our existing customers’ needs for service, repairs and adjustments are treated with the highest priority and with significantly abbreviated production schedules. Simple ring resizing will be in and out the same week. We maintain and carefully catalog a priceless inventory of custom and unique ring molds. No request for service will be denied due to obsolescence or change in manufacturer.

Continuing our commitment to sustainability and the use of recycled gold, Our manufacturer will accept any high school or college karat-gold ring for trade-in value from any class ring manufacturer. The trade-in ring must accompany the newly completed order when it is sent to our manufacturer. The customer will be mailed a check for the trade-in value approximately four (4) weeks from the receipt date. Trade-in values will vary based on gold prices at the time of trade-in.
